Show Times
Performances for each show run for three consecutive weekends unless otherwise specified and begin at 8:00 PM on Friday & Saturday evenings. Sunday matinees begin at 2:00 PM.

Please note that reservations instructions differ based on performance venue.

Asbury Location
The box office opens one hour before show time. The doors to the theatre for general seating open 1/2 hour before the scheduled show time. All ticket purchases must be made with cash or personal checks (with ID). Credit Cards cannot be accepted.

Seating is unassigned and the availability is based on a first come first served basis.

Reservations for ticket purchases or for tickets held in your name can be made by calling 301-977-5751. You will need to leave the information on the answering machine, and the message should include your name, phone number, number of tickets to be held and for what performance date. Due to the volume of calls received and the nature of volunteer theatre, you will only be called back in the event that the show is canceled or sold out.

You may also email your reservation to the Box Office Manager (Asbury venue only). Please be sure to state your name, phone number, number of tickets to be held and for what performance date. Reservations received by email will be confirmed by email if made 24 hours prior to show time.

Please make reservations 24 hours in advance of the show time to guarantee your reservation.

All reserved tickets will be held only until 15 minutes before the start of the show.

Ticket prices are as follows:
$16.00 - Regular admission ($18.00 for musicals)
$14.00 - Senior Citizens* and students.** ($15.00 for musicals)
Group discounts (for groups of 20 or more, contact the Business Manager)

* Senior Citizens are 65 and over
** Students must show Student ID

Purchase of group tickets must be made in one lump payment to receive discount. All ticket purchases must be made with cash or personal checks (with ID). Credit Cards cannot be accepted. Group discounts are not available at The Arts Barn location.

Arts Barn Location
The Arts Barn box office is open Wednesday through Friday 10am - 5pm; and Saturday and Sunday 10am - 2pm. The doors to the theatre for general seating open 1/2 hour before the scheduled show time. Ticket purchases may be made with cash or credit cards. Tickets may be purchased in advance with a credit card.

Seating is unassigned and the availability is based on a first come first served basis.

Reservations can be made by calling 301-258-6394 or online at RecXpress. Seating is limited; it is strongly advised that reservations be made in advance. Season subscribers must make advance reservations by phone only and must present their season pass to receive reserved tickets.

Ticket prices are as follows:
$15.00 - Non-Gaithersburg residents ($18.00 for musicals)
$13.00 - City of Gaithersburg residents ($16.00 for musicals)
