Silver Spring Stage is delighted to host Montgomery Playhouse for the 2016 One Act Festival.
Auditions for the 2016 One Act Festival will take place on Sunday, June 26 at 2:00 pm and Monday, June 27 at 7:30 pm.
Auditions will be held at Silver Spring Stage in the Woodmoor Shopping Center at 10145 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD 20145.
Directors will cast for all plays in the One Act Festival.
The Festival takes place August 18-21 (Montgomery Playhouse) and August 25-28 (Silver Spring Stage) with a different program each weekend of published and non-published plays.
There are a variety of roles from teens to 60+.
All roles are open.
No appointments needed.
Auditions will consist of either a prepared 1-minute monologue or auditioners may select from available readings.
There will also be cold readings from the scripts.
